west-side church location on bridgetown road. the five men are believed to have non-life threatening injuries. crossroads posted on facebook they're assessing property damage and they are hoping to have regular services this weekend, but will know more in the coming days. happening now... a search is underway right now for the man indicted in a deadly hit and run. police say 24-year- old thomas stid- hum was the man behind the wheel on december 6th when he drove up onto the sidewalk in mount auburn, hitting 57-year-old catherine chatfield. she was running in the annual seven hills run. a grand jury indicted stid-hum on several charges including aggravated vehicular homicide. he remains on the run this morning. police believe stidhum is still here in town..perhaps in the walnut hills or mt. auburn area... anyone with information is asked to call crimestoppers at 352-3040. a man and woman are charged in what the brown

interstate 75 at mitchell avenue exit 6 will be closed at 11 p.m. each night tuesday, jan. 5, wednesday, jan. 6, thursday, jan. 7 and friday, jan. 8, reopening by 5 a.m. the following day. no one has ever been charged with the murder of brittany stykes.. two years ago, she and her unborn baby were shot and killed along the side of a brown county road. now, the only man who investigators have ever connected to the case, is out from behind bars. fox19 now has confirmed that, 52 year-old tommy lee lopez was released from jail last month, after serving time for a drug charge in owen county. according to court documents, a confidential witness told investigators that lopez was responsible for multiple killings, including stykes'. prosecutors tell us despite lopez's release from jail, he remains a person

fox19 now legal analyst mike allen, says it's not necessarily unusual. "while it would appear that they have a lot of evidence already on this individual, they probably don't think they have enough yet to get an indictment. you can bet though wherever he is going he is going to be under constant surveillance and sounds like eventually they'll get enough to take it to a grand jury" prosecutors told fox19 now, the stykes' case is still a top priority and they're hopeful an arrest will be made in 2016. we will continue to stay on top of this story and bring you any new information. a texas state trooper is now facing perjury charges after a grand jury indicts him for lying about his arrest of a african american woman who ended up dead just 3-days later. brian encinia has been indicted by a grand jury for perjury. brian encinia is accused of lying about how he removed sandra bland from her
